Origami Flower Medallion
Relatively quick and easy crafts project. It requires 6 sheets of paper and glue. HINT: The flower cube looks best when using double-sided origami paper. Glue dots may also be quicker than glue stick. ๐ ENJOY!

I learned this recently, and it has become an instant favorite. Why? It only requires 12 units (as opposed to 30, 60, or 90…or 100+), and the results are fantastic for the relatively little time spent! Happy folding! ๐ P.S. You can also make a larger model with 24 units or 54 units. P.P.S. There’s…
First attempt at needle felting! I pricked myself about half a dozen times. Midway, I needed a band aid! haha. I completely underestimated the amount of time and effort it takes to needle felt. I love the result, though. It’s super cute, but my hands aren’t very happy with me. I also got a little…
This model is ultra special because it was the first one I learned! It’s also surprisingly sturdy and can be thrown around. Hang it on a string to create home decor or a Christmas Ornament. The project requires 30 square sheets of paper, and no glue. HAPPY FOLDING! ๐
I’ve been a fan of Jackie Evancho for a while now. She’s such an incredible vocalist. Kicking off the holiday season with “Gift for Jackie!” I worked really hard on it, and am looking forward to giving it to her on Dec 5th at Carnegie Hall! THANKS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS, EVERYONE! ๐ 20″ x 30″…
Another time consuming, both worthwhile origami project! P.S. You can use 90 units (instead of 30). If using 90 units, every pentagon is surrounded by hexagons. If you follow this rule, it will work out! It’ll take a little longer, but the results are great!
Something else to do with money, other than spend it! ๐ This peacock stands on its own, and is perfect for leaving tips at restaurants and gift-giving!
DESIGN: Paolo Bascetta This one’s a little more difficult and time consuming to complete, but it’s well worth the effort and time. This was the first time I’m making this model. It took all day to complete and create and the video, haha. I will definitely be making a few of these as gifts this…
Thought I’d do a tutorial on how to make a Christmas Star (it’s somewhat of a misnomer, since it’s appropriate for any occasion, I think!). It’s a very simple and fun project, especially with kids. Makes a great gift, too! Hang them on strings to make tree ornaments, or use oak-tag paper to make a…
In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to complete a SINGLE UNIT for this “spiked” kusudama. To put 40 units together requires glue (I recommend using a glue gun; it dries quickly). All you have to do is glue along the sides of the unit to form a sphere. You can also use a needle…
