In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to fold an origami rose, or Little Rose. This paper flower might be a little tricky for the beginner folder, but I think it looks gorgeous and is worth the extra effort. I simply love this origami rose by Carlos Bocanegra! He is an origami designer on Facebook that I have been admiring for some time. I especially like his floral designs.
HINT: You can glue a bunch of origami roses to make a fuller bracelet, or you can glue them to a headband to wear the origami roses on your head. Lastly, you can decorate them on an origami wreath to create an origami rose wreath. Wreath tutorial coming soon!
Also, I thought I would share with you one of my early attempts. It wasn’t very good because I forgot to stick the center of the rose inwards. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake! Although, I don’t think many people will notice.
Don’t forget to share your work in the origami Fan Gallery if you make it!
